    We accept insurance for patients in Alabama, California, and Texas. Click here to see a list of accepted insurance providers.

    For insurance providers not accepted, patients can be seen on a cash-pay basis and we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

  • Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid

    We accept Medicare for patients from Alabama, California and Texas

    We do not accept Medicaid.

    For insurances not accepted, patients can be seen on a cash pay basis and we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

  • What is the cost/length of a session?

    If you are using health insurance, depending on your insurance plan, you will only be charged a co-pay or co-insurance.

    But if you're paying out of pocket, the rates are:

    Initial Evaluation
    $200/session
    1 Hour

    Follow-Ups
    $100/session
    30 Minutes

  • How do I choose/decide on a provider?

    Our providers are listed on our website along with their credentials as well as their specialties.

  • What kind of equipment or technology do I need?

    Most people already have access to the tools they need to connect to one of our providers. Individuals can access sessions using your smartphone, tablet or computer equipped with webcams. No special equipment, software in needed. Once you sign up, our team will do a test call to ensure a good audio and video quality before your session.

  • Is this secure?

    We at MiKyle Health are fully compliant with the privacy and confidentiality standards set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. We ensure that your personal information including your history, medical records and treatment are protected and secure and not accessible to anyone without your permission.

  • What do I do if I am having a crisis?

    Our service is not suited for use in crisis. If you or someone you’re with is in need of crisis care, please call 911, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1.800.273.8255, or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
