I was born and raised in Alabama. I earned a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I then attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine and received my medical degree. I completed my adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital before moving on to become board-certified in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I am a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist.
I hold an Alabama Medical License, Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, and Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
I have experience with inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry will at Coral Shore Behavioral Health and I currently see children and adolescent patients daily as an outpatient child psychiatrist. I also run a successful private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, and my telepsychiatry practice serves underserved and rural areas in Alabama, New York, and Florida.
